Job Description

Digital DesignerPermanent Location:LondonSalary: Competitive Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are operating as an employment agency on behalf of its client.The CompanyHawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a client who are looking for a highly talented and creative individual who will lead their performance marketing content and production as their DTC Digital Designer.Main Responsibilities of the Digital Designer

  • The Digital Designer will be creating and engaging in visual assets for paid ads on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. As well as emailing campaigns, flows, direct mail, website, and brand partners
  • You will be designing emails and lifecycle marketing assets requested from the retention team as well as partnering with them to create new ideas based on performance metrics
  • As the Digital Designer, you will be editing photos, videos and retouching
  • Developing content and variants for A/B testingapplying learning with the team for future ads
  • Work and partner with the Ecommerce manager and website agency to create high conversion rates
Experience and Skills required
  • The Digital Designer will need experience with moving image, animation, wireframing and storyboarding
  • Must have in depth knowledge and understanding of content asset development across a breadth of styles, mediums, and sources
  • 3+ years experience in direct-to-consumer solution design
  • Digital photography knowledge (formal shoots and UGC)
  • As the Digital Designer, you must be confident in Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects
