The end goal is to provide best in class digital services to its customers and enable more agile ways of working.Operating in the complex world of safeguarding, my client helps employers make safer recruitment decisions. The business provides a service that enables organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors to make better informed and safer recruitment decisions.They do this by collecting information to enable them to determine whether individuals are unsuitable or unable to undertake certain work, particularly with occupations involving regular contact with vulnerable groups, including children.Safeguarding means protecting people’s health, wellbeing and human rights, and enabling them to live free from harm, abuse and neglect.The position is home-based and the business encourages a flexible and remote working culture.The Role:As part of a major Digital Transformation Programme, an experienced Deliver Manager, is needed to drive the transformation programme.You will keep the beat going’ by supporting the team consisting of The Product Manager, User Researcher, Front End Developer and Business Analyst, ensuring they have the tools they need in order to do their jobs whilst problem solving.As Delivery Manager you will manage an agile project, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team.You’ll be adept at delivering digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.Defining project needs and feeding these into the programme/portfolio process will enable resource to be appropriately allocated.You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.Key Responsibilities:
