Job Description

Digital Customer Service Specialist This is a really exciting role working in a team in the daily delivery of tasks across creative digital projects adding new partners, changing promotions, content and events.This is a work from home role working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday paying £10.42ph.Youll support the Producers across the globe in delivering the daily tasks of the production team, reporting when tasks are completed as well resolving/escalating issues that may block delivery. You will be an expert in content and messaging, giving Marketing,Account Managers, Creative, Content and Support teams a consistently high level of service and quality.What we needYou must have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS with an eye for responsive design together with knowledge of graphics packages as well as confident in Adobe/Microsoft/Google software i.e., Photoshop, InDesign Excel, PPT, Word or equivalent.Ability to produce, edit & upload content for publication with an impeccable eye for detail.At least 1 year experience in content management systems updating website content, with hands on and ability to produce, edit and upload/publish content. Day to day responsibilities

  • Working with the team across EMEA, US and Australia to deliver work globally for our partner
  • Be the point of contact in Production to provide expertise and guidance to other internal teams to support the delivery of any new initiatives/workflows, adding your input into
  • Highlighting any Production issues, troubleshooting with internal stakeholders and/or escalating to the Associate
  • Identify and propose improvements to any and all aspects of our current Production processes to remove blockers and reduce waste, with the aim of improving any SLAs across
  • Liaising across technical, marketing, creative, accounts and support teams to ensure work is done on time and
  • Working with the Adobe suite to edit, manipulate and export images for upload, into our internal custom content management system.
