Software Development Manager (C#, .Net, Agile) - Nottingham / Hybrid Remote - up to £85K + Company benefits including, bonus, flexible working hours, 24 days holiday +bh, career progression, excellent training, huge company discounts & more!A hugely successful business is currently on the lookout for an experienced Software Development Manager to come in and join their well-established yet growing team working on managing a team of Developers and Testers ensuring the successful delivery ofkey software projects.The RoleAs a Software Development Manager (C#, .Net, Agile) you will be focusing on managing a team of developers and testers who are working as part of their software delivery team. You will be responsible for motivating the team working towards key projects includingsoftware applications are used across the group. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the delivery of their responsive websites and micro-service-based solutions whilst working with a collaborative team of developers.Although this role does not involve any hands-on development, however its essential you are highly technical with an excellent understanding of the Microsoft stack.Working with the latest technologies on large, essential projects, this role is for a technically capable, driven and ambitious Software Development Manager. The company are experiencing huge growth plans so you will have full autonomy in driving forwardthe technical direction of the business and recruitment plans.Software Development Manager essential skills:

  • Experienced motivating and managing teams of Developers
  • Previous experience in a technical role utilising .Net, C#
  • Experience working through the full SDLC
  • Agile / Scrum
Any experience in the following will be highly beneficial:
  • Kubernetes, Docker
  • Introducing CI/CD solutions
