Macildowie are proud of be working with a fantastic and innovative company whom are searching for a Development Process Centre Technician for a market leader in Nottingham.The role requires an individual who is highly motivated and is able to work under their own initiative, often involving unsociable hours to meet our customers demands.Youre Responsibilities:Intense CollaborationWorking with Engineering, create programs on the MY600 printerAssist Prototype technicians with assembly when requiredOperate AOI equipmentSetup and operation of the MY200 placement M/cPassionate PartnerAbility to communicate with production supervision / management, sales and marketing, planning, and engineeringWorking on the data placement machine and creating programmes on the jet printer and running with it.Running automated optical inspections.Running machines and keeping them going and unloading machines and keeping them running.Continuous Improvement:Owning the quality of each product that passes through the department.Familiar with product labelling and serial number dataFamiliar with the use of Baan, Quality Manager and agile.Ensure MY200 placement machine is properly maintainedMechanical assembly and very basic testing when requiredCreation of small programs on the MY200 M/c when requiredRun and maintain MY600 printerRelentless Drive to Win.Ensuring all work is to the correct standardCapability to provide a final visual inspection prior to reflowReworking / Repairing AOI or quality failures.Working Safely:Be familiar with, and work to health and safety requirements, in particular Manual HandlingWear all PPE equipment/clothing providedQualifications:EducationCertificationsFurther Desired Skills:Software SkillsMicrosoft Packages and Outlook Other SkillsStrong Organisation SkillsWork ConditionsESD protected environment Job ExperienceIT literate with capability of using spread sheets, email and PC equipment.Good knowledge electronics componentsA working knowledge of Mycronics machinesFamiliar with product labelling and serial number data Personal QualitiesAn eye for detail and good visual inspection skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels.
