NUH is currently looking to be internationally recognised through Magnet status.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse to join our team on the Oxton Unit. Oxton is a 12 bedded Cardiology unit, we care for a variety of cardiology patients with long term cardiac conditions including heart failure.Candidates should be enthusiastic and motivated. Although training will be given experience of coordinating ward areas is essential. A key part of this role is working within the multidisciplinary team effectively to support efficient patient flow within Cardiology. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure in what can be a fast paced environment.
