About The RoleLocation:Community based in Nottinghamshire with some homeworking.We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Your ability to assess client needs along with the understanding ofthe need for client confidentially is essential in providing a valuable and worthwhile service.We strive to help people to maintain independence, improving their sense of well-being, and putting people in more control of their own lives. We promote a person-centred service so that our support is unique to each individual, based upon their own aspirationsand needs.About you

  • Have excellent non-judgmental communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills will be essential.
  • You will be speaking to people at all levels across the area so great networking and influencing skills are essential.
  • Strong organisational skills in order to manage your caseload of clients effectively.
  • Good organisation and facilitation skills.
  • Be committed to putting people affected by dementia at the heart of everything we do.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to embrace occasional changes in IT tools,.
  • Be able to travel independently throughout Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
