Job Description

E.ON Next Operations: Credit Ops Delivery LeadA taste of what youll be doingWere looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Delivery Lead who has a passion for ensuring change is deliver seamlessly, for our customers and colleagues, whilst adding true value.   • support the delivery of initiatives to reduce bad debt, in line with commercial priorities to enable effective debt collection and overall debt reduction.
  • supporting identification of strategic and operational change initiatives to support achieving bad debt targets (clear problem and goal statements)
  • collaboration with stakeholders across the business to improve upstream processes and sharing key messages to drive improved key performance indicators.
  • supporting the operation with delivering change and operational readiness, to ensure successful delivery and embedding the change.
  • Identify risks and issues and implement controls, thereafter, oversight of the internal controls, both operationally and in line with the internal controls and risk framework, ensuring any impacts requiring amendment to the controls are assessed
  • Working closely with Change Leads, Product & Business Owners, managing expectations and any conflict in priorities
  • Supporting impact assessments
  • Risk and issue management
  • Support building capability in the operation to deliver effective change.
  • Supporting clear comms, engagement on change plan/roadmap - celebrating successes
At the point of delivery, you will be the key conduit between the operation and tech teams ensuring bugs and issues are impact assessed and appropriately prioritised.   • Experience of working within Change Delivery
  • Experience of delivering change of all sizes and magnitude within the operations
  • Clear and tangible experience of working within the core areas of the energy industry, would be awesome.
  • A detailed understanding and appreciation of the mental and emotional impacts of change on colleagues and stakeholders
  • Experience of representing the operation on priotisation sessions or alongside third parties
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience of influencing at a senior level.
  • Experience of managing risk and issues
