Job Description

  • New smart energy application using IoT and real-time analytics.
  • Greenfield design and build for energy management
  • Support complex data models for renewable projects.
This leader in the green tech space are looking for a Data Modeler who will design, model and implement data structures for a new smart application.What youll be doingAs the Data Modeler, you will implement data models for renewable energy projects and smart energy applications and ensure that the models are scalable for long-term use.You will collaborate with software engineers, project managers and the wider IT Team to align models with project activities and integrate them with the data warehouse and other data management systems.Youll support end users to understand data requirements and provide guidance for analytics.Later this year, youll help define roles in the data team to support you including modeling, warehousing and data engineering.What youll need to apply
  • Experience as a Data Modeler or Data Developer
  • Solid SQL including optimising complex queries
  • ETL experience e.g Talend
  • Relational and dimensional modelling experience
  • Cloud experience desirable
  • Energy/green tech and IoT experience desirable
