Job Description

Damp and Mould Surveyor requiredContract Length:12 weeks+Location: NottinghamRate of Pay: Dependent on experienceVenn Group are looking for a Surveyor to work for a Housing Association in NottinghamThe successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out defect surveys
  • Carrying out damp and mould surveys
  • Diagnosing defects and specifying remedial works
  • Assessing, organising and processing contractor payments
  • Providing advice / guidance to technical officers
  • Leading on response to disrepair claims
  • Preparing reports
  • Undertaking energy performance surveys
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in Surveying
  • HNC/HND in building or surveying (desirable)
