Job Description

As a Customer Value Lead, you will work closely with the Customer Value Manager to understand the value of our customers in the Residential and SME sectors. Your primary focus will be to support in-depth analysis, develop business cases, identify opportunitiesfor enhancing customer value, and oversee the management of the value model to ensure data accuracy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our business strategies align with maximizing customer value and fostering long-term customer relationships.What youll do…

  • Customer Value Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the value of customers within the Residential and SME segments. Utilise data-driven insights to identify key patterns and behaviours that influence customer value.
  • Value Model Management: Oversee the management of the customer value model, ensuring data feeding into the model is accurate by implementing processes for data quality assurance and collaborating with the relevant teams.
  • Business Case Development: Assist in the creation of robust business cases that align with the companys goals and focus on enhancing the overall value proposition for both Residential and SME customers.
  • Value Improvement Opportunities: Use data to identify and evaluate opportunities to improve customer value across various touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experiences andloyalty..
  • Strategic Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Commercial team in devising strategies that focus on customer-centric approaches, emphasizing long-term value creation and sustainable growth.
