Customer Success ManagerNottingham, East Midlands (with hybrid working)About UsFounded in 1914, the Electrical Distributors Association (EDA) is the industry body that promotes the interests of over 260 electrical wholesale distributors in the UK - 75% of the sector. The Association also has over 130 affiliated members who are leadingproviders of products, solutions or services to the electrical wholesaler.As part of its mission to facilitate digitalisation of the sector, the EDA has launched a UK "data pool", EDATA, to provide a central resource of rich, standardised manufacturers’ product data for use by wholesalers in their websites, ERP systems and digitalbusiness processes. You will encourage them to ensure their data is complete,up-to-date and follows best practice. You will agree on schedules and targets for product data maintenance, prompting regular data feeds into EDATA and confirming the data is up to date.You will also design systems and processes to help achieve these goals which can be scaled up as both the team and the project grow.Additionally, you will:- Schedule regular audits of each manufacturer’s product data to assess quality- Develop systems and processes to schedule, log and report activity- Plan a strategy to ensure each manufacturer derives maximum benefit from EDATAAbout YouTo be considered as a Customer Success Manager, you will need:- Excellent communication and relationship building skills- Experience of sourcing, developing and/or managing product data- A full, valid driving licencePlease note, you will need to attend meetings in person (typically two days per month) at our London office. You will also need to travel intermittently in the UK to meetings with manufacturers and other stakeholders and to attend industry events.
