Customer Services Executive - £18000-£20000 - NottinghamCompany Award-winning Reseller with a specialist focus on IT Solutions and market-leading connections with Vendor giants such as HP, Dell, Xerox, Cisco and Microsoft. Our client presents themselves as an end-to-end solutions provider offering Hardware, Software and Consultancy to a prestigious client base of SMEs, Large Corporate and Enterprise-sized clients. Vacancy The Customer Services Executive will be working within a buzzing sales environment at the heart of the Sales department where you will be the first point of contact for their premier client base, co-ordinating any sales or services related issues across their online sales portal. You will also be responsible for all sales support or administration tasks to ensure that a high-level of customer services is achieved and maintained whilst developing the limits of the accounts outwards. The role will require a mixture of managing queries via the eCommerce portal, email and telephone, therefore it is essential applicants are able to work in a fast-moving and demanding environment to take full advantage of this opportunity.Requirements To apply candidates will require a strong academic background to ideally to degree-level within IT, Business Studies or Marketing and have 1-2 years experience within a sales support, sales administration, customer services or sales role and demonstrate strong and professional telephone manner when dealing with all client-based enquiries. Experience of working against KPIs and/or sales targets will be of special interest.Package Candidates who are successful will be offered a comprehensive training package to help you get up and running as soon as possible and be offered a fantastic starting salary of £18000-£20000 basic salary as well as access to a corporate benefits package and qualify to work towards performance-based targets.
