Our company is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Supervisorto help manage the administrative and customer service functions of our office while overseeing the day-to-day activities. Position: Customer Service Supervisor Location: Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham (Office Based) Type: Full-time Salary: £27,000Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a mentor to the sales manager, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service by implementing and monitoring service standards.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, providing effective and timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse team performance metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in customer service operations, collaborating with relevant departments to implement changes.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance service offerings and address potential areas of improvement.
  • Process customer orders

Skills required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
