Job Description

Role: Customer Service Representative - French SpeakingSalary: £21,000Location: NottinghamType: Permanent - 100% REMOTE WORKING IS AVAILABLEOverview2fawcett are looking for a confident French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a business located in Nottingham. Flexible working is available on this role ad 100% remote working is available which means this is open to applicants over thewhole of the UK. This will be on a Permanent basis and will be starting as soon as possible, so ideally you will be immediately available as a candidate. As CSR you will be working proactively in order to deliver excellent service to a group of customers interms of: order management; deliveries; Manage returns and reconcile customer debit; through clear and concise communication, in line with policies & procedures as defined in our Customer Service manual.The Role & Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Build sustainable relationships with Customers
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the Credit Department to ensure all queries are resolved
  • Work closely with the Sales teams, to manage the orderbook and unblock any held orders.
  • Ensure timely communication, in-line with customer expectations and brand objectives, highlighting any risk or opportunity
  • Support the local Marketing teams making sure all POS materials are available to our customers,
  • Handle and resolve all issues ensuring best interest of both the Customer and Company is kept at heart.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers experience.
  • Authorise sundry credit notes for commercial reasons
  • Highlight any problems/errors regarding all issues related to Key Accounts, informing all parties involved.
  • To keep direct contact with Key Accounts, promptly providing them with any needed information about their orders, shipments, DC closures, etc.
  • A degree of flexibility is needed to ensure all urgent tasks/ deadlines are completed to the timescale required.
Skills & Experience for the Customer Service Representative
  • Language skills; native or fluent speaker in FRENCH plus English
  • Happy to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience of working within our industry would be an advantage
  • Analytical Skills; Well organised, methodical and accurate
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, intermediate excel skills would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication (verbally & writing) and problem-solving skills,
  • Customer orientated
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
