Job Description

Hours of Work: Up to 36 hours flexible working to support branch operating times. Part time and full time hours considered.Salary: £24,700 per annum (inclusive of £4200 London Weighting Allowance)If you are brilliant with people and have an enquiring mind you have the opportunity to join something special. This is a branch based role with one of the largest building societies within the UKMain ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do:As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be engaging in conversations to find out our customers needs and providing information to customers about the full range of financial products and services that are on offer. By really listening to and getting to know the customers you’ll help them to review their circumstances and proactively identify the most appropriate products to suit their needs, all the while providing a straightforward, helpful service that lets your enthusiasm shine through.In a friendly working environment, you’ll play an important part in making the most of every conversation with every customer, face-to-face or over the phone.
