This is a highly varied role whereby you will have responsibility for a number of tasks such as office administration, cash handling and banking,updating internal databases, guided tours, updating social media and performing outboundservicecalls to existingcustomers to ensure they are satisfied with theservicethey are receiving.You will assist the manager in day to day running of the site, ensuring that our students have a positive service.PLEASE NOTE: THISIS A PART TIME ROLECOVERING 24 HRS PER WEEK; Monday: 08:30-17:00;Tuesday-Thursday: 13:00-17:00,Friday 12:30-16:30More about youIn essence this is a fast paced administrative role, although previous experience would be advantageous it is not essential, we will consider candidates that have an aptitude to learn and a desire to progress. An understanding of diary management,operating a switchboard and effectively managing multiple priorities would be beneficial.
