Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorLocation: North Nottingham Type: Full-time, Temp to perm Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a delightful shopping experience on our website.Responsibilities:Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information about our products, services, and orders.Order Management: Process customer orders, track deliveries, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns efficiently.Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, aiming for a swift and satisfactory resolution.Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and special offers to assist customers effectively and suggest appropriate products.Website Assistance: Guide customers through the website, assist with navigation, and help with online ordering.
