Job Description

Job Role: Customer Service Advisor Salary: £24,150 Hours: Monday-Friday shifts 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5:30pm & 9:30am - 6pmLocation: NottinghamDo you have a passion for Customer ServiceHarper Recruitment Group are working with a leading global IT provider who are looking for an experienced customer service advisor professional to join their team.Duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Completing essential administrative tasks associated with the role
  • Managing the end-to-end customer service experience within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Taking ownership of operational customer issues through to full resolution
  • Responsible for monitoring and progressing all incoming calls
  • Working on various contracts in partnership with both internal and external suppliers
Skills and experience required:
  • At least 1 years experience in a customer service role (ESSENTIAL)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solve
  • Self-motivated, positive and proactive attitude and a great team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbally)
