Job Description

Nottingham-based SME business based in Strelley NG8 is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing office.Reporting directly into the MD you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer related errors, (which could include courier issues, lost deliveries, faulty products, overcharges, wrong quantity, etc)
  • Processing of customer complaints, which could include escalation or the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
  • Customer Credit Administration
  • Supplying all customers with POD’s
  • Faulty product returns to vendors
  • Support sales activities to include handling enquiries,
  • Awareness of Custom Changes & requirements for non-UK Shipments and Returns
  • Backup for other personnel in the department
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
    • Salary £17,500 - £18,500 depending on experience, a good background in customer service and administration, as well as holding a strong confident telephone mannerThis is an office-based role with the potential of working from home during Covid, for training measures are in place. It is a secure and friendly business who have continued to perform well over the last 12 months.This is an opportunity to make the role your own and become a key part of this business.Hours are Monday to Friday, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking
