Job Description

ASAP startAre you looking for a new position Can you start work immediately Can you commit to an ongoing, temporary position If so, we could have the role for you!Our client is looking for Customer Resolutions Advisors to join a team at their depot based in Nottingham NG16.The role pays £10.42 per hour and is full-time, 39 hours per week, working 5 days from 7, including some weekend days and 1 week out of 4 working from home.The role will be varied but duties will include:

  • Using the CRM system to track and investigate customer queries, prioritising the workload.
  • Managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to customers.
  • Adhering to company compliance and escalating any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
  • Coordinating investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
  • Inputting data
