Here at HM Land Registry, we have an exciting opportunity availablefor a Customer Insight Content Lead. This is a permanent position and can be Flexible working, Full-time, Job share or Part-time. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £33,839 per annum (Croydon £37,290).This role can be based in any of our 14 office locations. This is traditionally an office based role, however, current Covid-19 arrangements mean the majority of our staff are working from home. There may be opportunities in the future to combine home workingand office based work.Birkenhead, North West, CH41 6DU : Croydon, London, CR0 2AQ : Coventry, West Midlands, CV1 3BH : Durham, North East, DH1 5TR : Weymouth, South West, DT4 9TT : Gloucester, South West, GL1 1DQ : Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire and the Humber, HU2 8JN : Leicester,East Midlands, LE3 5DR : Nottingham, East Midlands, NG1 7AU : Peterborough, Eastern, PE1 1QF : Plymouth, South West, PL6 5WS : Preston, North West, PR4 1TE : Swansea, Wales, SA7 9FQ : Telford, West Midlands, TF3 4LRWe are seeking a Customer Insight Content Lead to support the development of an insight culture by ensuring that insight knowledge is accessible and communicated across HMLR to promote a common understanding of customers value, behaviour,drivers and environment.Responsibilities of our Customer Insight Content Lead will include: - Develop and Manage Insight Library: Create and manage a comprehensive library to store and enable internal stakeholders to search and retrieve the outputs of customer research and associated insight (making use of existing tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint,Teams, OneDrive). You will ensure that the research library is aligned to the needs of different stakeholders and work with the other team members to understand needs for file storage and knowledge management. Ensuring that the library is up to date and adheresto GDPR and data security best practice.- Support Communication and Content Delivery: Coordinate insight communication activities and routines to embed customer insight internally, accelerate customer focus and increase customer-focused cultural maturity throughout HMLR. Support and develop highquality standard content templates and formats, including pdf, PowerPoint, MS Sway and video that are engaging and meet the needs of audience and stakeholders.- Support Research and Insight Activities: Manage onboarding of new research requests and track ongoing projects against plan to support the wider research team. Lead coordination of regular insight routine such as board updates and management reportingto ensure timely and accurate delivery. Support the ongoing management of customer and internal research panels and research recruitment.What were looking for in our Customer Insight Content Lead:To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate detailed practical working knowledge of insight curation, knowledge management, digital/file library management system. You will show responsibility for managing detailed task delivery, as partof a wider project and be used to delivering work to deadlines, while have experience of providing your customers with excellent levels of customer service.
