Job Description

Customer Engagement OfficerWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Early Engagement Team as a LA and Customer Delivery Officer. In the summer of 2018, HM Land Registry launched the new Local Land Charges (LLC) Register. You will play a key role in engaging with our internal and external stakeholders and customer sectors relevant to LLC. You will plan and deliver customer engagement campaigns to support LLC, in line with the engagement strategy.Customer Engagement Officer Responsibilities:In this role you will build customer engagement campaigns for HM Land Registry. You will work with our customers in migrating local authority regions to advise them of the features and benefits of the LLC Register Service.- You will raise concerns, encourage adoption of the LLC register service and contribute to the continual development of the LLC Register.- You will have responsibility for securing and increasing official search volumes in migrated local authority areas.- You will support Early Engagement activity by engaging with local authorities identified to migrate their service and create bespoke plans and campaigns to encourage them to commit to service migration.Customer Engagement Officer Requirements:- To be successful in this role you will have experience of planning, managing and delivering customer engagement campaigns, including social media activity.- You will have experience of gathering insight on customers and analysing data, making evidence based decisions to support programme aims. Through your strong track record of working effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, you can build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all grades and seniorities, both internally and externally. You can influence key stakeholders to adopt recommended approaches and move toward a common goal.- You have proven written and verbal communication skills and are confident in speaking and presenting to audiences, externally and internally.- You can quickly grasp and solve complex issues, considering other points of view and ensuring outcomes are realistic and achievable. You feel confident in challenging assumptions and clearly articulate your concerns and suggested solutions.- You can prioritise your own work and know how that interacts with the rest of the delivery team, whilst working at pace to a set of changing requirements and/or priorities.About HM Land Registry:HM Land Registry plays an important role in the property market, underpinning property ownership worth over £7 trillion across England and Wales.
