The role:
  • Manage and develop the CRM strategy. Including campaign planning and execution, as well as setting up automation and better defined segmentation. All to drive customer retention.
  • So, a real split between a creative thinking thats campaign driven as well as a really analytical/ data focussed lead.
  • Building email campaign workflows throughout the enquiry, purchase and post-purchase journey (to ensure high-quality brand-led content is delivered to the right people, at the right time).
  • Manage the full end-to-end process of planning and gathering email campaign content, building and testing emails, creating journeys and data selection, achieving supplier sign-off, sending emails and post-campaign analysis.
  • Create and manage A/B (and multi-variant) testing programme to continually optimise and improve email performance.
Previous experience:
  • Previous experience in a CRM role, working with large database.
  • Previous email marketing experience also needed, creating campaigns in templates, ideally creating dynamic email content/advanced content filtering
  • Data/ customer segmentation
  • Automation experience and workflow experience
  • Stakeholder management experience. Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and wider marketing team
  • Experience in using website CMS desirable
