Salary: From £24.500 depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm) Working style: Hybrid and flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe Location: Calverton, Nottingham VF Corporationis looking for an outstanding Credit Controller to join our Credit Team in Calverton, Nottinghamshire. As a Credit Controller you will play a key role in managing our major Accounts in the EMEA Region, including our high-profile Italian Customers and Distributors for other country markets. With your exceptional communication and negotiationskills, you will deliver unbeatable results while fulfilling the following aspects of the role: * Communicating with customers over the phone, zoom/teams and by email to discuss payments, credit terms, and to resolve any queries * Proactive cash collectionincluding timely, accurate account reconciliation and dispute resolution * Evaluate and appropriately escalate issues preventing cash collection or highlighting risk in collaboration with relevant internal teams * Balance debt recovery with risk managementand commercial objectives * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database, ensuring meticulous record-keeping How youll make a difference.. * You are fluent in English and Italian * You are highly focused, and results driven to manage the customer accountsand resolve queries * You are a problem solver with sound reasoning and negotiation skills * You are financially and commercially aware * You are computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and able to adapt to various forms of technology * You are likelyto have 1 to 2 years experience in a role demonstrating the above competencies Whats in it For You Were in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
