This is a real dynamic business, who have a friendly and approachable Finance Team, which you will be part of as Credit Controller.The Role & Responsibilities of Credit Controller- To be extremely cash collection driving, chasing payment of invoices, working to targets- Maintain high pro-active contact levels demonstrating excellent telephone manner and have the ability tp negotiate for the best possible collection figure- Be able to deal with queries within specific time frames- Be able to work on own initiative and be able to prioritise workloads- Understand the importance of working to tight deadlines- Focus on reducing and clearing aged debt- Manage and maintain the debtor ledger to ensure accounts are paid on time- Opening of credit accounts from application forms received- Answer incoming calls and queries to support in resolving customer queriesRequirements of Credit Controller- Credit control experience or Accounts Receivable- Fluent in Czech Republic and English- Have experience of working in a fast-moving office environment- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong attention to detailWhat will you get in return - Be part of a vibrant environment- Progression plan- A friendly modern place to workTypePermanentWorking HoursMonday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm (with one hour lunch break)Holidays25 days + Stats Required skills
