Job Description

Client DetailsOur client is a national business and you will be based at the head office near Lenton in Nottingham.DescriptionYou will be working as part of a team of 9 in credit control, and will be reporting into the Credit Control Manager. Once you have received all of the necessary training and support, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Opening new accounts and confirming payment terms with the customer
  • Chasing outstanding debt via email, letter and telephone
  • Dealing with customers invoice queries
  • Proving the commercial team with reports relating to customers accounts and updates on customers credit limits
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Setting up direct debits
  • Calculating and charging interest to customers accounts where necessary
ProfileYou do not need experience of working in credit control to apply, as training will be provided. However, you must have good oral communication skills and enthusiasm to learn new things.Job OfferOur client is offering:
