Job Description

Credit Administrator£24,000 / £12.73phNottingham - hybrid workingHours: 36.25 M-F 8am - 4pmHarper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading global apparel company who are looking for a Credit Administrator to support their credit team.This is initially a temporary contract until 29th December 2023.What will the role involve

  • Resolving queries in a timely manner, liaising with other departments as needed
  • Obtaining documents and information from customers portals
  • Opening and monitoring tickets in the customer portal
  • Uploading and processing customer documents in our system
  • Raising invoices
  • Supporting the team with priority tasks when required
Who are we looking for
  • Ideally credit control or accounts receivable experience
  • Must be numerate, logical, and analytical
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • IT proficiency including Excel
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
