Job Description

Job title: Covid Test Assistant Location: Notingham NG8Pay rate: £9-10.50 PHHours: Monday - Sunday - shifts between 7.30am-1pm/9-5/1.00pm-6.30pm Our client are currently recruiting for multiple Covid Test Assistants based in NG8.You will be responsible for logistics of the Nottingham site and other sites, organising the shipping of biological substances, and coordinating collections from hospitals and private clients.Duties include:

  • Communication with couriers by phone and email to meet delivery timescales.
  • Stock takes.
  • Check deliveries for damaged or missing items and record any issues.
  • Ensure deliveries of biological substances are dealt with efficiently.
  • Partake in system recording and ensure substances are stored in appropriate conditions (e.g. containers, temperatures).
  • Maintain records of goods in and out of the laboratory.
  • Resolve any problems or complaints from customers and escalate to managers when necessary.
