This award-winning firm has various offices across the UK, and this role will suit a paralegal who is looking to develop a long term andsuccessful career within corporate law.The firm have an impressive client base and are known to be trusted advisors in sectors such as retail and education. You will be working with a team of 70 solicitors nationally and advising clients on a range of matters across the UK. The team in the Nottinghamoffice have a busy caseload and work very closely with Partners across the East Midlands. You will be working collaboratively across the Nottingham office and will have the opportunity to assist partners, senior associates, and the wide national team on avariety of M&A, capital markets and private equity corporate transactions.The firm provides a supportive environment and have genuine opportunities for a long-term career.
