Are you a solicitor with commercial contracts, funds, M&A or capital markets experience who is interested in becoming a corporate funds solicitor This opportunity will be perfect for you.Our client is a top international firm seeking a solicitor to join its corporate funds department.This opportunity comes with full training on funds if you dont have experience within this area. You will receive the highest quality training from fantastic solicitors within the department. Opportunities to go out on secondment within the business to upskillyour technical abilities are also on offer.This opportunity is for a solicitor with 4+ years of experience to go in as a senior solicitor within the department.To be applicable for this role you must be 100 miles out of London.Your role will involve a wide variety of funds matters as well as commercial contracts and a range of other corporate matters.
