Are you an Accountant, looking for a role which is a bit different Available on a full time or potentially Part Time basis and based on the outskirts of Nottingham, this is an opportunity for you to get involved in assisting business sales, acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs.You will enjoy a varied role which will include research as you will be looking to identify potential buyers for companies; valuing companies; preparing business plans; assisting in due diligence; building and managing client relationships; reviewing legal documentation; and project managing transactions.Ideally you will have some experience of this previously, possibly in corporate finance and we are considering qualified (ACA or ACCA), part-qualified or qualified by experience accountants. You will definitely need good attention to detail with strong financial analysis and modelling skills.You will be a part of a small team and this position has arisen due to the growth of the business.
