Conveyancing AssistantOur key client, a forward thinking, modern law firm is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their high performing property department in Nottingham. The firm focus on lower volume, higher quality work and this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a fantastic team that offers longevity, structure and support.The Role* Deal with and respond to client enquiries* Assist the fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads from inception to completion* Service new and existing clients to an exceptional standard* Deal with any admin and ad hoc duties* Open and close files for the solicitors and fee earnersThe Candidate* Essential - Possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a conveyancing role* Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone* Possess excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills* Have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsRemuneration & benefitsMy client offers a highly competitive salary package, a very friendly and supportive culture and an opportunity to progress within the firm.
