Job Description

Contracts AdministratorUp to £23k DOEPermanentNottingham - Flexible working/HybridFull Time Monday - Friday office hoursHarper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful Law firm based in Nottingham. We are looking for a detail conscious Administrator to provide support to the Senior Management team. You will work as part of the business development departmentand provide vital admin support in the bid and tender proposal process.What will the role involve

  • Monitoring a variety of tender portals and websites, downloading and distributing documentation.
  • Compiling a variety of documentation including reports and figures.
  • Responding to section questions and asking for guidance when required.
  • Ensuring compliance and deadlines are consistently adhered to.
  • Maintaining and updating a document content library.
  • Updating a list of live and pending tender applications.
  • Contributing to a range of exciting individual projects.
  • Producing and designing templates and presentations.
Who are we looking for
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong capabilities using MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to format and brand a variety of documentation.
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines.
  • Highly organised and methodical approach.
  • Previous experience within a detail oriented admin role advantageous.
