Job Description

Contract AdministratorSalary: £21,168 - £24,500 per annumLocation: Bulwell, NottinghamHours: 35 per week, Full TimeClosing Date: 2nd August 2022Interviews are being held on 10th August 2022Are you an experienced administrator looking for a position that allows you to work on your own initiative Do you have strong I.T skills and great analytical skillsYou are a perfect match!Our client are recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Contract Administrator to support their fantastic Technical Services team. You must be able to work under pressure and be well organised. Ability to manage customer expectations and ensure commitmentsare honoured will be very advantageous in this role.Confident, flexible and able to challenge Keep reading!Your roles and responsibilities will vary from day to day. However, to give you an idea of what your days could include:

  • Assisting in producing and monitoring KPIs and taking necessary action to ensure the agreed standards are achieved.
  • Liaising with the planning team on arranging the of post inspection of completed works and H&S inspections
  • Proactively manage works in progress orders with contractors
  • Communicating with our stakeholders; advising time lines, updates being carried out in relation to work programs.
  • Updating databases and supporting departmental managers in the preparation of accurate reports and performance information

For more information on your main responsibilities please refer to the Role Profile document at the bottom of the page.The role will also include aspects of traditional administrative support such as using your excellent communication and problem solving skills to liaise with contractors or handle any grievances. Or putting your I.T expertise to use; monitoring, updatingand reporting on budgets. Your high level of numeracy and literacy will be essential for organising meetings and producing action logs and minutes.
