Job Description

  • Drive marketing content and communication to support the commercial strategy and convey the brand story, purpose, and tone.
  • Help group brands achieve sales goals by crafting impactful market propositions, brand stories, and clear messages about products and services.
  • Design compelling sales materials, presentation decks, case studies, and infographics for effective client and partner communication.
  • Assist the team in brainstorming creative ways to tell stories through campaigns, copy, design, and video.
  • Create insightful thought leadership articles for PR and digital marketing efforts to engage readers, potential clients, and generate brand awareness and leads.
  • Keep website content (news, blog, product/service pages) current and insightful.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the PR agency, including idea generation, approval processes, and reporting.
  • Be responsible for content on external web pages, trade/industry associations, and sporting partners.
  • Manage group social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and on-brand content calendar, and occasionally report on engagement or leads.
  • Write engaging and clear copy for social posts, emails, brochures, sales materials, and web pages.
  • Work with the team to regularly communicate with all internal teams through appropriate channels.
  • Develop initiatives to engage and reward employees, aligning with the high-performance culture.
  • Help manage, prioritise, and schedule incoming marketing requests within department processes.
  • Establish and nurture effective networks with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure relevant activities are on budget and track expenditures accurately within marketing processes.
  • Champion brand values, sustainability, and CSR internally and externally to maintain B-Corp status.
About youTo be successful in this role you will need to be:
  • Minimum two years design and/or writing experience.
  • Marketing, writing or design related degree or alternative qualification.
  • Excellent writing skills and good business acumen.
  • Experience with design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, PowerPoint)
  • Passion for marketing and brand and generating positive ROI or engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Determination, resilience, and tenacity.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
It would be a BONUS if you have:
  • A deep-rooted passion for sport
  • Experience in videography and video editing
  • Experience delivering successful PR campaigns or managing a PR agency.
