Job Description

Our Client is a Commercial Property Management business established 11 years ago specialising in serviced and managed offices, working with companies of all sizes with a proactive approach to providing solutions to businesses.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a unique consultancy led team offering its clients a full range of commercial property services. Providing bespoke solutions to the growing need for more agile and engaging work places.They are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Negotiator - Level 1. Excellent salary package based on experience, with regular reviews.This role is an additional member of successful team working from Nottingham. An outstanding opportunity to begin a career in the commercial property sector.Main Purpose of the position

  • Working with an experienced team following up on enquires, making appointments and conducting property viewings.
  • Follow up on enquires with initial and final proposals with the assistance of the team.
  • Pro-active marketing of Exeid through digital media and other traditional methods, working alongside marketing and sales staff.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and broker relationships.
  • Relationships
  • All Staff, Clients, Landlords, Brokers.
  • Main functions of the role
  • Attracting and securing clients and tenants by advertising property vacancies, obtaining referrals/networking, handling telephone & email enquiries and establishing/negotiating rates.
  • Establishing key relationships with clients and brokers to ensure maximum exposure.
  • Ensuring all opportunities are taken to promote Exeid Ltd and increasing client base.
  • Discuss options with clients and give an indication of costs, timescales & availability.
  • Engage prospective clients, where appropriate and arrange and conduct viewings.
  • Negotiate terms of the Licence Agreement & prepare documentation.
  • Ensure client communications are handled within the required timeframe & to company standards.
  • Liaise with the rest of the team to obtain sales leads and have full knowledge of facilities and services offered by Exeid on a local and national basis.
  • The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.Minimum skills required:
  • Comfortable client facing and speaking on the phone.
  • Personable and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
  • Professionalism, good time management and organisational skills.
  • Currently living in or around Nottingham Area.
  • Salary and bonus structure dependent on level of experience. Initial OTE c£20k+
