Job Description

My client is a dynamic Manufacturer of building products with Trade branches across the UK.As a successful, dynamic, ambitious business, they are looking for great team player to grow in line with the companies ambitions. Following on from recent success, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Operations Support Manager to join the business.They are looking to bring additional skills and knowledge to complement existing capabilities within the team.As a member of this highly technical team, you will provide a high-quality pre-sales and after-sales service for both internal and external customers (fabricators). You will ensure that all processes are managed in a timely manner against established KPI’s and liaise with the manufacturing department, Logistics and any relevant suppliers to deliver relevant information and resolutions to our customersYou will be joining a team of Technical professionals, where you will be continuously upskilled across our ever-growing products and services. We are looking for a Technical professional within the fenestration industry who is looking to work in a fast-paced, customer facing function and a desire to share technical elements of this challenging yet rewarding role.Duties:

  • Provide excellent technical advice and solutions for all Eurocells products (Conservatory, Windows, Doors and Garden Buildings)
  • Communicate professionally with customers via telephone and email through CRM Software
  • Act as an escalation point of resolution for complex and technical issues
  • Effectively and accurately record data, feedback and customer needs
  • Liaise with Manager and provide all information to negotiate refunds / compensation
  • Assist with New Product introductions
  • Monthly reporting and ensure this is accurate, concise and readable data to present
  • Ensure SLA in place are adhered to
  • Investigate and solve complex technical customer issues and with the utmost accuracy
  • Accurately interpret customer technical drawings and requests
  • Keep up to date on relevant legal and legislative policies as issued by any governing bodies
  • Key Skills / Experience:
  • Previous experience of working in a Technical Service role in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical Fenestration, Windows, Conservatory, Doors and Garden Buildings knowledge
  • Virtual Shop Floor management software, Window Designer, PST visualisation experience
  • Ability to problem solve technical issues
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Highly accurate with a meticulous and flexible approach
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to present data to key Stakeholders
  • Excellent pre and after sales service; strong and credible communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and plan
  • Ability to prioritise your workload to ensure you deliver the highest quality work
  • AutoCad / Design Experience
