Field Service EngineerEast Midlands£28,000 - £31,00040 hour work weekCandidates will ideally be qualified to HNC, HND or degree level within a relevant engineering discipline or have successfully completed an engineering apprenticeship.To be suitable for this role you will have needed to have 18 months (minimum) experience servicing or maintaining CNC machines.One of the worlds largest manufacturers of CNC Machine Tooling Equipment requires an Engineer to join their expanding team.After a structured training programme, your main job role will be visiting customer sites throughout a specified geographical area and installing, servicing, preventative maintenance and mechanical / electrical repair work on my clients range of CNC machines.Engineer Job purpose:*Training customer in operation, maintenance and safety aspects*Regular routine service of machines and associated equipment*Diagnose and rectify machine problems and breakdowns*Promote tooling sales and sales of maintenance contracts*Promote sales of machine tools and associated equipmentKey attributes required:*A suitable engineering qualification*Understanding of electrical / electronic / hydraulic and mechanical drawings and systems*Enthusiastic and self- motivated*Smart and professional presentation*Ability to work alone and under pressure*Ability to communicate in all situations at all levels of an organisation*Full UK driving licenceBenefits Package:*Competitive salary plus bonus scheme*Private pension scheme*Private healthcare*Company car*Laptop for business use*25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays*Full training given through structured in-house programmeIf you have any questions regarding this role please contact Andy Haddon on or by email at
