We are recruiting for Band 6 Clinical Team Leaders across our adult mental health services based at Highbury Hospital, Bulwell, Nottingham.We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates who have the relevant skills to enable them to effectively lead a team, demonstrating the knowledge and experience necessary to inspire good practice and develop services and enhance patient experience and quality.You will be expected to provide clinical supervision and undertake appraisal systems for a group of staff as well as maintaining your own continuing professional development.It is essential that you are able to work flexible hours, over 7 days a week, covering a 24 hour pattern. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team within the Acute Care Pathway. You will be a member of and supported by your colleagues in the Acute Leadership Team.
