Job Description

Scope:Fantastic opportunity with the globally recognised leading manufacturer of medical/dental devices and equipment, currently in another period of exponential growth due to increasing demand for their products, the company offer extensive opportunity for progression and personal development, we are looking to hire several Clinical Specialists across the UK to support their customers/clinicians, offering the highest standard of service and expertise.This position is mainly responsible for assessment of patient cases to determine clinical advice around treatment options to the clinicians (customers). Remaining responsibilities include clinical communication and support to external customers related to case specific issues, operating system quality and troubleshooting. Other duties will include support with day to day needs of education/training events.Responsibilities:Clinical Support activities (80%):

  • Providing clinical customer support to clinicians (customers) in the areas of case assessment and operating system support.
    • Other Clinical Support activities (20%):
  • Providing clinical customer support to all clinical customers in the areas of treatment/case evaluation, operating system support as well as clinical troubleshooting.
  • Investigating and analysing clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
  • Ensuring timely resolution to customer contact issue whether in-bound or out-bound.
    • Clinical education activities: Live and online events:
  • Coordinating with clinical speakers
  • Presenting clinical content
  • On booth clinical support activities
    • About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, dental tech, dental hygienist; students/young professionals are also welcome to apply
  • 2-3 years’ experience in customer relations in medical / dental related areas or in an customer care environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel out of local geography up to 30% of the time
  • The ability to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e., roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity)
