Wealth management group based in Nottingham is seeking to recruit a Team Manager to their Client Onboarding Team on a long-term contract of 18 - 24 months. This is a newly-created position in a new team that offers the security of a well-established andrenowned company with the scope and opportunity that a newly-created role offers! After the initial project there is a possibility that the position could become permanent.What the team do:The team is made up of 6 staff who are responsible for onboarding new clients to the business, conducting KYC / AML checks, verifying documentation and at times, complex due diligence in order to establish a clients situation.What you will do:You will be required to oversee all aspects of managing the team, to include managing the daily running of the team, motivating staff and monitor work queues. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the Operations Manager to contribute to thedesign and implementation of new processes, resolving any issues and responding to any feedback.Role Responsibilities:
