MBA are currently recruiting for an experienced Claims Technician to join an exciting global organisation in Nottingham. They pride themselves on providing an exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees.As a Claims Technician, you will be required to complete the following tasks;* Managing a delegated caseload of Highways and Utilities claims from inception to settlement* Building relationships with clients such as local Councils and Government bodies* Complete thorough investigation into claims, progressing or referring where necessary* Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems* Processing invoices, both interim and finals and referring where necessary* Liaising with insurers and policy holders to achieve settlement on claimsWhat were looking for from a Claims Technician;* Previous experience within claims management and insurance is desirable* Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage complex claims* Strong investigation and analytical skills* Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail* Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload* Team player with passion for helping others* Proactive, able to work with initiativeClaims Technician Job Details;* Full time role, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm* Permanent position* £20,000 - £25,000 per annum plus benefits* 25 days holiday, plus your birthday off* Training provided & support with industry qualifications* Located in NottinghamThis is a great opportunity for an individual looking to further their career by providing a service that truly makes a difference.
