We are currently recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in construction ideally within warehousing, distribution or logistics. This is a Sunday Times Top 100 Employer. A global company with a strong UK presence specialising in offeringproject management and consultancy services to the construction industry.OverviewMy clients dedicated Building Surveying Team proactively manage and undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administrate projects and programmes plus various other bespoke services to ensure their clients estate remains well maintained andachieves its full potential. They pride themselves on the quality of their service to their clients and enjoy long term relationships with them.The National Programmes business unit is a sector focused team, actively operating and investing in the Logistics and Manufacturing, Retail, Life Science and the Public Sector arenas. Their surveyors work in close contact with the client, advising them onlegal and financial matters that arise during the project. Experience in these particular sectors would be advantageous for these particular roles, albeit as a business they span all sectors and appreciate that skills are transferable.They are currently recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a client focused team within the National Programmes unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join and strengthen the team, taking responsibility for providingall core surveying services on several interesting areas of projects.
