Job Description

Do you enjoy being the first point on contactWere recruiting for Call handler for our Client based in NG2.What will I be doing

  • Responsible for answering a high number of incoming calls
  • Ensure callers requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently
  • Updating the internal systems with client information
  • Providing excellent client care to our customers
  • Assist with the administration of the firm
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required
What do I need
  • Previous experience within a customer service or contact center role
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent IT skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Excellent attention to detail while working to tight deadlines;
  • Ability to build good working relationships with members of the team and employees;
  • Ability to work proactively and with a can do attitude;
  • Ability to work effectively on your own initiative or as part of a team
