This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Business Improvement and Performance Manager to drive overall improvements in line with business objectives.You will proactively identify, investigate and assess business improvement in teams from across the organisation, to drive our business transformation programme. You will engage and listen to customers and monitor performance and data to drive improvements in line with the corporate objectives. You will also support our tenants to scrutinise the services NCH delivers by leading on our assessment of estates and void properties.Key to this role will be; examining and understanding data to provide an evidence-based approach to change. You will facilitate our programme of lean system reviews. You will create and develop data reports, as well as developing and maintaining management information reporting so you will need an indepth knowledge of MS excel. We will look to you to confidently intervene in service areas to investigate, research and make recommendations for change.We will look to you to develop and maintain the Pentana performance management system as well as publishing internet and intranet content. Internal audits will also play a significant part for this role - you will take charge of management, scheduling, planning and liaison with auditors as well as undertaking audits yourself to support our programme of internal audit.Experience of working and communicating within a fast-paced business environment is desirable, as is experience of leading lean reviews and audits to support our quality management and environmental management systems.As important as your technical skills are you will need to demonstrate a positive attitude and an ability to communicate with tenants and Directors.
