Job Description

Business Development ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Business Development Manager based in. The successful candidate will earn £23,000-£26,000.The candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours between the office and home.You will need to build and maintain long-term working relationships and ensure youre always providing the best service.The candidate will undergo an induction period which will include training on companys policies and procedures, software systems and operational processes.Please note that the interview will be held virtually.Role Requirements

  • Demonstrate a history of commercial growth within the social and care sector.
  • The candidate will have to demonstrate competency in all areas of operation.
  • There will be an expectation of the BDM to keep updated with their professional knowledge and competence.
    • Demonstrate at least 2-year history of building productive relationships with commissioners and potential businesses partners.
    • Have at least have 2yrs experience in recruitment experience in a 360/Business
    • Knowledge of working within the Healthcare Temporary or Permanent recruitment sector
    • Strong negotiation and sourcing skills will need to be proven, alongside excellent communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to interact effectively with clients and build relationships.
    • A high level of confidence and a positive can-do attitude.
    • A team-focused attitude, with the ability to confidently carry out projects independently also.
    • An aptitude for hard work and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Flexibility to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment.
    • Building knowledge of companies and clients to become an expert in your field.
Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver Bids, tending for new business and retaining existing contracts.
  • You will be speaking and interviewing with candidates and liaising with clients on a daily basis.
  • Consistently managing a flow of new and existing business.
    • Keeping in touch with key contacts and clients and building strong working relationships
    • Gaining referrals and recommendations from your network
    • Working alongside the Directors to have an instrumental hand in growing the business.
