Job Description

A growing business is looking to hire a home-based Business Development Manager covering Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire (East Midlands). This is a consultative sales position with support from your dedicated telesales person to sell branded workwear andhygiene solutions into all industries particularly the manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and industrial sectors. No previous industry experience required!Along with a company car, you will receive high commissions on every sale, with the potential for even more through the OTE bonus structure, triple commissions incentive in the last quarter of this year (£45,000++). The company also have a strong focus on work-lifebalance, with less time spent on the road, minimal overnight stays, and the flexibility to manage your own diary whilst working in a supportive environment encourages new business development.As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working from home and in the field, taking charge of managing your time and sales strategy, focusing on the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas
  • Selling branded workwear and hygiene solutions into the manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and industrial sectors.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who has the following:
  • Experience in B2B field sales + strong rapport-building and people skills
  • A proven track record in a new business sales role
  • Ability to identify new leads, canvas new customers, negotiate deals, and close new business with the support of a call centre-based appointment-generating team
