Job Description

Business Development Executiveup to £30k basic OTE £60k+NottinghamHarper recruitment group are working in partnership with an innovative office solutions company, with exciting plans for growth this is a great opportunity to join the talented Sales team.The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to embrace company culture and take a charismatic and confident approach to business development.The day to day:

  • Identify, target, and develop business opportunities across the UK
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Managing pipeline and sales strategies
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Provide exceptional email and phone support
  • Attendance at events, exhibitions and trade shows where relevant
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and identifying their needs and concerns
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams i.e. product and marketing
  • Reporting and analysis on KPIs, pipeline and product performance in key markets
Who are we looking for
  • Clear commercial and entrepreneurial aptitude
  • Successful track record selling within office/printing solutions or workwear industries preferred, but not essential
  • Proven experience with building rapport and providing exceptional customer service
  • Driven to win - Ambitious and results oriented, and is resilient, tenacious, positive, and determined
