Job Description

MARKETING and BRAND MANAGER £40,000 - £45,000 NOTTINGHAM Work within the pet care industry in this high growth pet focussed retailer, have your dog in the office whilst you work on growing this already thriving brand through marketing strategy and CRM.THE COMPANYA leading retailer within animal care with huge growth plans and a passion for pets! They are data driven and after recent investment are in a high growth phase, you are in a prime position to help the development and growth of the whole brand. Plus youcan even take your pet to the office!THE ROLEAs the Marketing and Brand Manager your focus will be to build and develop the marketing strategy, specifically you will have to:

  • Develop and implement the marketing plan focussing on omnichannel marketing techniques and working in a D2C environment
  • Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM and campaign process through segmentation and wider analytics
  • Focus on customer loyalty, life time value and churn, how can you ensure customers subscribe and how can you use data to provide insights!
  • Look at end to end brand strategy, perception and how to enhance brand knowledge through marketing
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience working within a D2C brand and an understanding of point of sale
  • Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce
  • Great communicator able to work with senior stakeholders to understand briefs and build exciting campaigns
